  • Yes. I offer child therapy as well as parent mental health support. Supporting parents is an important part of my work, as children do best when the adults supporting them feel informed, regulated, and supported.

    • I also accept out of pocket payments and can provide a superbill for out of network benefits.

  • Yes. I offer secure telehealth therapy for Massachusetts residents. Telehealth can be a flexible and effective option for both child therapy and parent mental health support.

  • The first session focuses on understanding your concerns, learning about your child and family, and discussing goals for therapy. We will also talk about what type of support may be most helpful moving forward.

  • Yes. Parent involvement is an important part of child therapy. This may include parent check-ins, guidance, and collaborative planning to help support changes at home and school.
