You Don't Have to Keep Doing This Alone.

Maybe you're a mom running on empty — holding everything together for everyone else while quietly falling apart. Maybe it's your daughter: she's 11 or 13, and something has shifted. The anxiety is louder. The friendships are harder. She's not the kid she was last year, and you're not sure how to reach her. Or maybe you just had a baby and nobody warned you it would feel like this.

Whatever brought you here — you're in the right place.

I work with moms who are burned out, postpartum, or somewhere in between — and with kids and tween girls who are struggling with anxiety, school stress, identity, and the emotional weight of growing up. You don't need to have hit a breaking point to deserve support. If things feel harder than they should, that's enough.

My background as a school social worker means I understand the world your child is navigating from the inside — the social pressure, the classroom anxiety, the friendships that can feel like everything at 12. I also specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting moms through the hard parts of pregnancy and postpartum that don't always get talked about honestly.

How I Work With Moms and Kids

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. My work is parent-inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in what actually works in real life — whether that means helping a child regulate after school, supporting a parent through burnout, or giving a new mom space to process what she's feeling.

  • Understanding: Behavior is communication — in kids and in adults. My work starts with understanding what's actually happening beneath the stress, the meltdowns, or the shutting-down.

  • Honesty: I'm warm and direct. I won't just nod at you for 50 minutes. We'll figure out what's going on and build something that actually helps.

  • Inclusion: Parents are always part of the process. When you feel more equipped and steadier, your child does better. Supporting you is part of supporting them..

  • Realism: There are no perfect systems or quick fixes. I focus on what's workable, sustainable, and aligned with your real life — not an idealized version of it.

How it works

What Happens When You Reach Out…

Not sure if I'm the right fit? That's exactly what the first call is for — no commitment, no pressure.

  1. Free 15-minute phone call — we talk about what's going on and whether we're a good fit. No forms, no commitment, just a real conversation.

  2. A thoughtful intake — before our first session, I take time to understand your situation, your history, and what you're hoping for.

  3. Ongoing sessions with regular check-ins — because what you need changes over time, and I adjust with you.

 You’ve been holding a lot.

If you're wondering whether therapy might help — for you, for your child, or for both of you — a 15-minute call is a good place to start.
