Therapy for Kids, Parents, and New Moms Who Are Struggling — and Ready for Things to Feel a Little Easier.

Whether you're a new mom trying to find your footing, a working mom running on empty, or a parent in the thick of daily meltdowns — parenting is hard. Not because you're doing it wrong, but because you're doing a lot, and you deserve support.

I work with parents and children who feel overwhelmed, dysregulated, or stuck in survival mode, often navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional outbursts, school stress, or major life transitions.

My background in school-based mental health and special education allows me to support families navigating both emotional needs and school-related challenges.

How I Work With Families and Moms

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. My work is parent-inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in what actually works in real life — whether that means helping a child regulate after school, supporting a parent through burnout, or giving a new mom space to process what she's feeling.

  • Understanding: Behavior is communication. My work centers on understanding what children and parents are expressing beneath stress and overwhelm

  • Support: Parents deserve care, not correction. Supporting caregivers is essential to supporting children.

  • Calm: Regulation and emotional safety are the foundation for growth — for both children and parents.

  • Realism: There are no quick fixes or perfect systems. I focus on what is workable, flexible, and aligned with your family’s values

How it works

What Happens When You Reach Out…

Not sure if therapy is the right fit? That's exactly what the first step is for.

  1. Free 15-minute phone call — no pressure, just a chance to talk about what's going on and whether we might be a good fit.

  2. A thoughtful intake — we take time to understand your situation before jumping into sessions.

  3. Ongoing sessions with regular check-ins — because what works changes over time, and I adjust with you.

You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and wondering whether support might help, a brief consultation can be a good place to start.
